At DIME BAGS®, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of receiving your label to remain eligible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
